Q. どうやってガイドに仕事を依頼すればいいですか?

A. ガイド個人ページの「メッセージを送る」から直接依頼をしてください。最初のガイドへのご連絡以降は、利用者間のメールアドレスを介して行ってください。仕事の依頼・交渉については、運営側は関与いたしません。


Q. このサイトを利用するにあたり、掲載料や月額料はかかりますか?

A. 本サイトは、ガイドを検索し、直接問い合わせをする事ができるサイトです。運営側は利用者間の取引には関与いたしません。トラブルについては利用者間での解決をお願いいたします。

Q. What should I do to register as a Guide?

A.You can apply to register as a Guide on the “Contact” page of this site. Select “Guide Application” as the topic, copy and paste the text below into the form, and then fill out the relevant information.

We will issue an ID and password for your personal page based on the full name and email address you provide in our Contact form.

By applying, you confirm that you have read and consent to the "Terms & Conditions"  and "Privacy Policy"  located at the bottom of the page on this website.

Q. How do I delete my Guide account?

A.On the “Contact” page of this site, please use the Contact form to let us know that you would like to delete your account. Please make sure to include the full name and email address you used to register.

Q. I can’t login. What should I do?

A.Via the “Contact” page on our website, please send us a summary of your login issue and the email address and full name you used to register.

【For users requesting Guides】

Q. How do I request a Guide?

A.On a Guide’s personal page, you can make a direct request by clicking “Send message.” After the first message, please exchange email addresses and communicate directly with each other. As site administrators, we do not participate in Guide work requests or negotiations.

【For all users】

Q. Is there a monthly fee or fee per post to use this site?

A.There are no fees. This site is free to use both by Guides and users requesting Guides.

Q. If I have a dispute with another user, what should I do?

A. This is a website where you can search for Guides and directly request them. As site administrators, we do not participate in the transactions between site users. If you have a dispute with another user, please resolve it between yourselves.
